• 5:00 pm Volunteers arrive (announcer, Security, Entry Volunteers, track assistants, flagmen)

• 5:45 pm pit police, First Aid, Entertainment, pace kart Driver & Everyone else

• 6:30 pm   Qualifying w/ meeting to follow

• 7:30 pm Invocation & Heat races with Main Event to follow

• Awards Ceremony following Main Event
